- •Guest passes must be booked in advance

- •Report lost/stolen ID cards immediately
Booking & Cancellation
- •Bookings can be made up to 30 days in advance
- •Cancel at least 24 hours before for full refund
- •Late cancellations subject to penalty fees
- •No-shows forfeit booking payment
- •Prime time slots limited to 2 hours per booking

How do I renew my membership?
Membership can be renewed automatically through our ERP billing system, or you can manually renew using the renewal link sent to your email 30 days before expiration.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade your membership plan at any time through your member portal. The price difference will be prorated based on your remaining membership period.
Do members get guest passes?
Yes! Silver members receive 2 guest passes per month, Gold members get 5 guest passes per month, and Corporate members enjoy unlimited guest passes.
Is corporate membership transferable?
Corporate membership benefits can only be transferred within the same organization. The organization administrator can manage which employees have access through the corporate portal.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bKash, SSLCommerz (credit/debit cards), and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through our ERP system.
How quickly will I receive my digital ID card?
Once your application is approved and payment is confirmed, your digital ID card with QR code will be generated within 24 hours and sent to your email.
